At Quran Host our terms of services are on the following factors necessary to be followed by the learners in order to achieve the quality standard services.
Terms and Conditions
Before beginning your religious and spiritual journey with Quran Host you must agree to the below mentioned terms and conditions.
- Our students will get the facility to make up the class if they were not able to attend the regular class due to any valid reason. However, a prior notice is expected from the student.
- Note: We do not accommodate requests on the same day for a makeup class.
- Three makeup classes within one month subscription will not be entertained.
- In case of missing a schedule slot without prior notice of leave, no student is eligible to makeup classes.
- Our makeup sessions will not be scheduled during religious occasions such as Eid-ul-Adha and Eid-ul-fitr.
Trial
Following are the required factors to experience the facility of our trial sessions:
- Only new learners are eligible to our two 30-minutes per trial session for free.
- Free-trial option does not apply in case of request regarding changing the instructor or course objective rather the individual is charged as per the rules of regular classes.
For the preference, comfort, and confidence of our female students we offer well qualified, Hafiz-e-Quran, and eligible female instructors.
Refund Policies
The students who are entitled to refund policies must be in agreement to the following:
- A 100% refund is reimbursed in case of the student dropping prior to beginning the course.
- There is no refund policy in case of dropping out of a course after the subscription date has passed.
- Students will be provided with a 30-days period to request for a cancellation of subscription & no cancellation will be processed after passing of this deadline.
- A week notice is required from the student in case of one month leave.
Rescheduling a course requires 25$ per enrolment.
NOTE: The schedule and instructors may be changed in case of re-joining.
Discounts
- Financial Aid: Fully funded assistance and discount support will be delivered to the students from humble backgrounds.
- Family Packages: Students belonging to same families will be provided a 10% discount on their fee.
